I recently used MaxCare for a very large clean up job in my home. I believe it was Kevin & Alan who cleaned the hard floors, carpets, tile, couches and an area rug. And then Alan & Anthony came another day to clean out my air ducts which had not been done in 30 years!
All employees were very kind and communicated well through it all. I am very happy with the results & will recommend MaxCare in the future.

As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived (30 min late) I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.
The man driving this van was swerving in and out of traffic and running red lights like nobody's business! I certainly hope that this isn't the company's business model, though it seems it may be after reading numerous posts and reviews online about poor driving and several near accidents. Personally, I was nearly side-swiped by the driver and had the privilege of enjoying some tailgating for a few miles as well. I sincerely hope that one of these days MaxCare "Professional" Cleaning Systems will finally address this issue before someone is seriously injured by their reckless driver(s).
My father cut his foot, resulting in blood stains on white carpet. The area also had various pet stains so we opted for professional cleaning. Calling to quote and schedule was easy and met with great customer service and very fair price. Kevin , our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, great communicator and all the stains were removed in approx 30 minutes. I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but carpet is back to full white and looks brand new. Recommend MaxCare and Kevin.
